1. About MILIK

MILIK tuh platform URL shortener with premium features di milik.my.id. Dengan pake MILIK, lo auto agree sama rules ini.

2. Akun Lo

• Lo responsible atas security akun lo sendiri.
• One person, one account. Period.
• Kita berhak suspend akun yang break the rules.
• OWNER berhak switch role user (REGULAR ↔ VIP).

3. Yang Gak Boleh Dilakuin

Lo literally gak boleh pake MILIK buat:

• Nyebarin malware, phishing, atau harmful content.
• Violate copyright atau intellectual property orang.
• Spam, abuse, atau anything yang ngerusak platform.
• Nyebarin konten ilegal, SARA, atau pornografi.
• Pake bot atau automation tanpa izin.
• Disrupt layanan atau infrastruktur platform.

4. Tier System

• REGULAR (Normie): Random slug, 5 link/hari, 30 hari expiry.
• VIP: Custom slug, unlimited link, permanent, full analytics, Skena Page.
• OWNER (God Mode): Akses penuh ke semua fitur dan manajemen user.

5. Rate Limiting

Biar service tetep smooth, ada limits:

• Login: Max 5 attempts per 15 menit.
• Password link: Max 10 attempts per 15 menit per link.
• Confession: Max 5 messages per 10 menit per IP.

6. Link & Content

• Lo responsible atas semua link yang lo bikin.
• MILIK not responsible atas content halaman tujuan.
• Kita berhak disable link yang break rules tanpa notice.
• Link yang dihapus masuk Trash Bin, recoverable dalam 30 hari.

7. Disclaimer

MILIK provided "as is" tanpa warranty apapun. Kita not liable atas kerugian dari penggunaan platform ini. Kita berhak modify, suspend, atau shut down kapan aja.

8. Update Rules

Kita bisa update ToS ini kapan aja. Changes berlaku begitu di-publish. Keep using MILIK = lo agree sama latest version.
